I dont think that this is a good idea.
You could try moving your install around, if nothing better is mentioned.
-Delete the .ini files from documents folder (there is another .ini file inside the game folder also that could affect it, it can be deleted) and validate game files from Steam.
-If even that doesn't work, only solution is to deactivate (please don't uninstall but temporarily deactivate every single mod) and try to make fast travel.
-Also check via Vortex some mods that need to be updated.

In the past couple of weeks windows 10 has had some updates and before I moved my steam installation from its default program files location there were always issues following these updates especially if they were supposedly security updates.
Guess I'll continue trying and do it right this time (forgot to enable plugins for some mods again) and try every single combination. See you in 4000 years....
I am familiar with all the mods you have listed there except for keyNuker and am either currently using them or I have in the past. If I had to make a guess its due to you using True Storms and Vivid Weathers together without using the patch that allows you to use them at the same time. It could also have something to do with Reverb Ambiance Overhaul also.
But my general point is that while the crashing seems to go away if you remove the patch, I know for a fact that the patch is not the cause of your crashes.
