dog crash

I started a new game not too long ago and the game just crashes when I go and talk to the dog in red rocket, can someone help me?

I started another save to see if my game still crashed, and yes it did, starting a new game doesn't work

Are you using any mods? Or you on console or PC? If PC what is your GPU, RAM memory size, and Screen resolution set up? This has to be a video card issue or a mod interference. When you try talking to the dog are you clicking it or using the E or comparable console interact key?

Are you using any mods which alter red rocket or dogmeat?

Try turning off "weapon debris" in your launcher settings.

I disabled my mods and it didn't work, "weapon debris" was already turned off when I looked at the options in the launcher (I have "low" graphics)

The problem seems to have disapeared but now whenever I go past a certan spot( a part of the road) the game crashed
