Fallout 4 "Reunions" quest bug
So after I followed Dogmeat to Fort Hagen, instead of going in, I left and did other quests to level up more since I had bad equipment and was really weak. After I leveled up and finished some side quests, I went back to the fort and entered through the garage under the fort. When I entered the quest line didn't update and was still telling me to find a way to get into the fort. I kinda just ignored this and confronted Kellogg, the quest line eventually updated telling me to find Kellogg and to kill him, but after he died it still said I had to kill him even though I looted his stuff, searched his terminal to find out where Shaun was, left the building to see the BOS airship scene, and went back to Nick since I'm supposed to see him after killing Kellogg. When I went to Nick it didn't give me the option to talk to him about it, and the "Enter Fort Hagen" and "Kill Kellogg" objectives in the quest menu were still up as if I never did them. I tried reloading to previous saves before confronting Kellogg and even went back to a save before entering the fort, but those objectives never completed for me and I can't progress the main quest since it won't let me talk to Nick about Kellogg.

Try verifying game files.. Maybe a save and exit will refresh the game files..

I also tried setstage commands but idk if I'm doing them right, I'll put "Setstage (Quest ID) 902" or "1000" but it won't advance the quest.

you have to set the stage to what the log says.

if your log says kill kellog and you have done it you have to type

setstage 229e7 902. this should progress the quest to the next step. and so on

I tried this too, but it still says I have to kill Kellogg even after I killed him.

I have suffered the same issue as you, even I "resurrect" Kellogg and killed him again, nothing has been updated, still asking me to get into the Fort Hagen, guess I have to restart a new game.
