Robotic Expert How unlock perk?

Hello F4 fans. I have little problem... I have Automatron DLC but perk Is still locked. I ask uncle google...but his don't know too i watch YouTube And still nothing. Can someone tells me how to unlock this perk pls? (Sorry for my english btw)

You need to have 8 INT for the first rank, then 8 INT and be level 19 for rank 2, then 8 INT and level 44 for rank 3.
Musíte mít 8 INT pro první hodnost, poté 8 INT a být na úrovni 19 pro hodnost 2, poté 8 INT a úroveň 44 pro hodnost 3.

So I have to have INT 8 and then the perk unlocks? (I know Google translator... but it mostly translates complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, our language is a bit different and more complicated than English 🤣👌)

Requirements INT 8

Rank 2
Requirements INT 8, LVL 19
Description When you successfully hack a robot, you can incite it to attack.

Rank 3
Requirements INT 8, LVL 44
Description When you successfully hack a robot, you can give it specific commands

Pressing T in your PIP-Boy brings the card up for Fallout 4 perks.
You need.
Intelligence : 8 at Rank 1, to be able to Power Off a robot or trigger Self-Destruct on it.
Rank 2 is Intelligence : 8 and Level 19 Character to unlock it.
Rank 3 is Intelligence : 8 and Level 44 Character to unlock it.
Job Done.

Italia, the town of Gaeta. I travelled all over Europe by train; I even went to Constantinople in Türkiye, travelling through Yugoslavia ( which was not allowed by the US government at the time ). I think my dad and his wife were spies. ;3 I was a young child, so all I remember were the topless girls and the food.

wow that's a pretty crazy past 🤣 be happy.. the last time I saw a naked woman was when I was 20.. I'm 25 and at least I have peace from infidelity etc. My parents told me that when they were children there was communism and they could only go to Yugoslavia.. maybe that's why the US didn't allow it.. as long as I can remember the US fought against the communists.. at least I think

Kind of annoying Rank 3 doesn't unlock more robot mods because some features are missing, my assaultrons are not cloaked
