Didn't get free 100 CC credits
From wiki:

"Creating a Creation Club account on Xbox One and Steam will earn you 100 credits to use in Fallout 4 and Skyrim, whereas PlayStation 4 users get 100 credits when logging into Creation Club for each game. "

I believe the Creation Club no longer exists as of the December 5th update for Skyrim, instead going into the Verified Creations thing. The two stores (Skyrim and Fallout 4) are linked on PC )you can freely share the credtis between them), so at the very least changes may have occurred and new accounts may no longer get the free credits.

You mean I can transfer Skyrim credits to Fallout 4? I have Skyrim for a long time but I never checked the CC.

On PC only, your credit balance is shared between the Fallout 4 and Skyrim Creation Clubs. Or at least it was. Like I said, the Creation stuff recieved an update a while back and that may no longer be the case. You don't have to do anything to share them. There is no transfer involved, you just need to be logged into the correct Bethesda account in both games.
