Every other spawn to vault 88 will give you 9+ suits and pip-boys.
In vanilla. Should still be the same unless modding stuff breaks them.
or just add it to the trader himself, what sadly means you could loot it if you shoot him
The Settler Path-finding scripting in Vault 88 is super bugged, you can't build outside of the main entrance area without the settlers derping out and not finding their way around the various branching tunnels. Sure 49 settlers could fit in a Vault created in the entry area, but it would probably look like a cluttered mess of beds.
As for more customizable suits, you can just console command as many as you want on to your person and then customize them at an armor workbench.
To find the suits in the console, I would suggest either searching: Help suit 0
Or: Help vault 0
Use Page Up/Down to find the Creation Club variant of the suit in the console.
Then just type in: player.additem "item id" without parentheses, then a space and then the number of suits you want to add.
Edit: LOL you beat me to my edit. Well, now you can just pillage the wasteland for all the suits and if you need any more you can console command any of the base game versions in. Happy gaming.
Put this line
player.additem f 1
in a new txt file
Name the txtfile "mytestbatch" (or dependent if your windows show the file type) "mytestbatch.txt"
place that textfile into the fallout game mainfolder (where the fallout exe is)
ingame
open console
type
bat mytestbatch
this will add one bottlecap each time you run that batch
and btw, if you need a armor/cloth id
https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_4_armor_and_clothing
if you are not sure what the variable part of the id in your loadorder is, i suggest to install https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2737
it will show the id in your current loadorder
The batch file will only give many commands at once, And maybe more important, it will not have typos after you testet it. means you can
WorkshopID.Removeallitems player
so often as you want and you will NEVER forget the "Player" (what will delete all the items instead of moving them)
Anyway as we germans say "Everyone is smith of his own luck"
