Don't do it for the xp of 10 intelligence I do it because from experience its almost impossible for something to kill me with legendary slow armor. Take the same effect and add a damage and DT increase and I can do a good amount damage. I especially like the effect while using melee its fun to duck and weave around enimies in slowmo while cutting them up or smacking them with a sledge

Just get Ballistic Weaves and Jet, you'll get the same effect without wasting valueable Special Points.

Just get Ballistic Weaves and Jet, you'll get the same effect without wasting valueable Special Points.

Yeah but you still have to progress to get the weave and I don't like to rush to the RR just to get weave even if it would make the game easier that's me though, and using jet would mean I would still be using perk points in chemist/chem resistant so either way I am using points. With how perks work now Special points are not as valuable as they once were. That being said I wasn't saying use the perk every time I was just saying I like using it, especially with science/tech builds. I tend to make high intelligence chars anyway and I usually stick away from the chems & spirits, they'll mess you up man lol.

That and Live & Love: Talk Yourself Sober gets you + 4 Luck whenever you drink.
That and a Lucky Legendary Weapon = Quick, Easy Crits!
