Touchdown?

Just got the touchdown achievement by doing....something? I got detected by some super mutants, decided to go through a loading zone, one of the mutants followed me and I blew up. Then I got the achievement.
Could someone explain to me what triggered this? The achievement description isn't much help, as it just says "get a touchdown".

I got it buy blowing my self and a super mutant up with a mini nuke,don't know how or why though

basically a super mutant suicider rushes you and kills both you and him giving you the achievement and i think it works with the mini nukes you do too but should be a glitch.

Requirements
The player needs to be killed by a nuclear explosion, namely the Super Mutant Suicider's explosion, but can also be killed by a Fat Man, in order to get this achievement.

Yep, I died in an explosion and got this achievement. I wonder if somehow my own mini-nuke, which I had in my possession, was set off? Or is it usually someone else's mini-nuke that triggers your death and this achievement?

there is no chain reaction in Fallout. Esp not with inventory

It is only your nuke, if you fired it and stood within the blast. Don't know if suicide counts...

Mini-nukes in your inventory can't explode. However, super-mutant suiciders will rush you with one in their right hand. If he reaches you, he'll set it off, but it will also explode if you shoot it, even by accident.
