Does it stack if i have more then one on. I just got my 2nd one just now and will i stay invisible longer while moving

The bonus reads:

"Enemies have a harder time detecting you while you're sneaking and not moving."

so you won't be invisible while moving, but i would imagine the stealth bonus would stack.

actually let me look because i got some armor that has a jetpack and i added a legendary to see the effect and when i dont move i because im not moving. but theres no stealth bonus added its like as if i was using a stealth boy sure they cant see me far away but if i shoot i may be seen or if they turn around and are facing me they might
also no they dont stack if it is what i think it is

i know it will stop working i ment will it stay on longer whne movig the more gear i have. also will sneek help too

"Legendary effects can be added to items by dropping them on the ground and using the console command "attachmod" while having them selected, followed by the mod ID. You can't stack several mods on a single item, but you can stack over multiple pieces (armor). You can also replace a mod with another one via console."

I know. But what i think it is saying in the bolded line is that multiple chameleon pieces will stack

I used some chameleon gear early on but I couldn't deal with the pipboy issues it caused (either totally invisble or the intensity of the light being crazy) and the invisible sights on my guns while trying to stealth snipe. Different strokes for different folks.

Bigdale, I was running with a chameleon armor piece for some time (just swapped it out for a VATS piece, as my build is as a VATS sniper), and after a recent patch the graphics problems were lessened, but certainly they are still there. You might try it again. I found it tolerable recently, whereas before it wasn't.

This was about a week ago (I meant early on in my levels with this character). It's really handy when you don't have much AGI or any sneak perks but yeah those graphical issues are not good. I can't imagine how annoying they must have been before they fixed them.
