Covenant Minutemen Bug

So after finishing Uman Error siding whit Covenant, i get a mission to defend Covenant(this is a tipe of new radiant side quest ,added whit pach 1.4, for the minutemen you have to build defence and then the enemy attack) settlement, the mayor who try to speack to you is copletely mute\autiscic, he will try to speack but nothing will say(1bug) i skip the dialog as usual and the gunner attack, i repell the attack, i try to speack to the mayor again and he say "be carful whit mr dan" and those dialog option are from the human error quest...try to speack to him again same " be carefull.." (2bug) so it appears that the mission is struck, so sice i dont know what to do i do other suff, after a point another settelement is under attac (subquest) i defend the settlement and as i coplete the subquest so the radiant\side quest of covenant update "Speack to the pepole of Covenat(after the defence) Completed, Return to preston.

So now i think "well i fix it", i return to preston he thanks me....but...HE DONT GIVE ME another mision, so i open the bip boy and there is no other minutemen quest to be done, ty to speack whit him again, he show the dialog to recruit him, try to whait, no change....so im struck whit no mission for the minutemen.
