powering up
Have made BoS enemy, want to finish with railroad. When (and how) should I betray Insitute ? Just finished Pinned, and starting Powering Up

The Railroad quest "Underground Undercover" should update with new objectives after you finish Powering Up. That is the time to betray the Institute. Getting kicked out of the Institute before completing "Underground Undercover" will fail that quest and close off the possibility of a Railroad finish. If that happens, and the BoS are hostile, the Minutemen are your only option.
