Help with red rockets glare

So I got to red rockets glare, but I can't pass it, I looked up the wiki and apparently Deacon was supposed to give you a BOS uniform, but I didn't get it, is there anyway to get it?

At least one BoS uniform should be available inside the police station or the front approach. <--- thats in the wiki if you want to try it. or console command one in (dont know if that will work)

Ok I must have missed it, whats the command?

For that? I have no idea. I dont think they do they do though. A few people used the commands to finish all the quests in the game - which triggered all the achievements for them.
