Fallout 4 doesn't have support for certain resolutions, but you can try adjusting said resolution in the configuration files, other than that I have nothing.
bMaximizeWindow=0
bBorderless=1
bFull Screen=0
iSize H=720
iSize W=1280
Changing these to whatever I needed fixed the zoomed-in view and replacing the 0's with 1's does make it launch at fullscreen. Ohw and change these in the FalloutPrefs.ini and right click on the file to 'freeze' it aftwerwards so the game won't change it
Also try running it on older CM's like Win 7 or so, I never had a problem with it
Yeah ive now got fullscreen correctly showing but slecting new game then it CTD's. surely this can work it worked on the sp3!!
