How can I destroy the BoS after the main storyline? (Spoilers, obviously)

I read that with the Minutemen ending, the BoS becomes an enemy and ends up being destroyed. I destroyed the institute with the minutemen, but there was no option I can remember to become enemies with the BoS. Is there still a chance I can become their enemy?

Yes just shoot up a couple of BOS people then go talk to Preston.

I've killed patrols in the past for the Railroad if that's what you mean.

No, that doesn't count as that is for a quest. Just go out and make the normal BOS hostile a couple times, and a quest will trigger for you to talk to Preston about destroying the BOS.

Just go to the airport and start shooting and or use a mini nuke or 2 that will make them hostile.

In one of my playthroughs I took out all 3 factions,Institute first then the railroad and the the brotherhood.

I guess you have to do that during the main storyline i tried attacking numerous bos people at the airport and on the prydwen and it hasn't worked

Try killing Maxson or any other named BOS person this mission is only available after the main storyline.

find Danse and make him your companion the game tells you if you do this they will become your enemy. I did this earlier today. When I came in to town the boss in the streets where hostile so I killed them,will be moving on the Pyrwidion later after a snooze.

I (and though I regret it) killed Danse when the BoS ordered me too.
