Anyway to loot/craft mannequins or standees?

I would like to recreate the firing range in the Railroad HQ but cant see anything in the crafting section, nor can i pick them up anywhere...is there a way or mod that will let you do this?

Not mannequins but one of the mods lets you craft the shooting range signs/person outline things.

Homemaker = under signs I think has "targets" the wooden/cardboard outlines

Business Settlements has the male mannequin....
And basically you could just use 'help mannequin 4' to spawn from there....

Once in a while I notice things in the game that I think could be "teasers" for future dlc. Or also possibly left unfinished for the modding community to take advatage of.

When I first saw the mannequins I figured someday we would be able to craft them an put armors and weapons on them to display.

Last night I found some arcade machines that don't work. Can totally see those implemented into settlements, as additions to the nght club. I imagine a couple of em lit up an being able to load the mingame holotapes onto em for the settlers to play.

Therre is a picket fences issue that you find that will unlock the ability to build statues. Like the baseball themed manequins,.

if you drop cans of food and nuka cola bottles

you can use workshop mode to PLACE them in a line

for shooting at them i guess
