He likes the Minutemen radiant quests and like Fire said he likes it when you eat people and start fights.

No worries. There was no specification on modded or not, so I just gave the quickest I knew of.

Strong is the easiest to get max affinity.
1. Never use power armor or lock pick if he is around.
2. Gather a lot of settlement quest but don't do it yet except accept the quest

Doing the settlement quest, mostly you will fight and kill raider, ghoul, etc, which strong like fighting. And while doing it you help settler / settlement which strong more like cause one of Milk of Human Kindness. But while doing it just remember Point 1.

3. Build your settlement and give your settlement equipment.
Strong like because its purely milk of human kindness.
