Unable to place power conduits?

I placed like three or so until it wouldn't allow me to place any more for some reason. I had enough materials and there was enough space in the settlement.

so you "had" enough materials but now you don't? joke aside; try placing something else, like a floor or wall. if you can't and your budget isn't full and you have enough mats, try saving and reloading.

I can place everything else, but anything power releated. Its really strange cause in my other settlements its working just fine. I'm building over at Croup manor. If it may be mods doing something, I've only got spring cleaning running.
