Quinlan, Neriah do not respond (BoS radiant quests)
I'm currently close to the end of the main storyline. I've chosen to support the Minutemen but at the same time I'm not enemies with BoS. I've collected a lot of technical docs for Quinlan and blood samples for Neriah, yet they won't talk to me. It's really frustrating - everything was OK before completing a certain mission from the main storyline. So they don't respond, yet Danse is still my companion and no BoS members are hostile towards my character. I've searched for the reasons why this could be happening and apparently it's a bug. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Please?

they won't talk to you when you get near the end, I had the same problem
just finish the main quest and then talk to them, when you do the Minute Men ending without pissing of the BoS, you're still a knight, and you can still do the stupid repeatable quests

It is not really a bug. If you are still friends with the RR you will not be able to hand in their quests either. You are supposed to do the next part of the main questline. Everything is on hold until you do the final deed. Afterwards you can resume all gameplay and even have new radiant quests.

Assuming you don't kill the BOS, once you finish the game (blowing up the Institute) they will talk to you again. Not a bug, and it fits the game. If you're not with the BOS, you're against them. You can finish the game with any of them as long as you stay on good terms with the BOS and they will talk once you destroy the Institute.
