Eye Adaptation Turn off Or Reduce? PLEASE HELP

Is there any way to stop Eye Adaptation? With any ENB I use it gets boosted to untolerable levels. Firing a Laser weapon in dark areas will cause me to go blind for 2 seconds in combat. How am I supose to fight like this? It seems so broken.

Even non Energy weapons do it if they have any type of effect like explosion or igniting.

Please seomeone Help!

turn it off and use the games adaptation in the enb.ini
hold "shift + enter" in game to open the enb gui
