Any way to FORCE a quest to START?
did a resetquest, now it is STOPPED
don't see any console command to START

youll need the quest ID's, but yes. It's possible. Be warned, it can really screw up the quest.

the wiki has commands lists etc and how to go about resetting etc. hope info can help you.

wiki does not show a way to fix a quest that is "DORMANT" and "STOPPED" when the quest does NOT show in quest log

although if you play around with enough console commands, you can instantly get ALL achievements

tbh i use the console to skip the minutemen radient quest after awhile and the game got 15% funner
