You get it by overhearing conversations in Diamond City or talking to the guards or random settlers.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. My first playthrough I didn't go in but I had a misc quest for it. I spent a lot more time in the city with my first character but I never got around to it. With this character I went inside but then I remembered my "quest" with my last character.
Um, I'm gonna guess "no". I just wanted to know if there was a related quest.
It appears you're intruding on a private fight club, and the patrons don't want you there.
Dunno what to do with those two in the lobby, though. I just left them there.
