Best way to grind companion affinity for the listed below

Nick Valentine, Just generally helping people will raise his affinity but the best way to grind it is to hack terminals. PC verison. incase of multible terminals Quick save and Quick load F5/F9 after each terminal, Example > He likes it when you hack a terminal but has a 2-6hour waiting period before his affinity will raise again. but by using F5 and F9 it resets the timer and allows you to grind freely without waiting

Cait post rehab and Hancock Take drugs and alot of them use the F5/F9 method above

Paladin Danse mod Weapons Armor enter power armor and call vertibirds to grind repeat F5/F9

Codsworth mod Engery weapons and armor repeat with F5/F9

MacCready is the easiest one by far. go hire him then go get WhiteChapel Charlie's quest to clear out the warehouses steal everything inside. though tedious because you have to F5/F9 after each item stolen. though bewarned you'll have to quicksave the moment you enter the warehouses as the building is locked and he likes it when you pick a owned lock

Strong, just be a general Ass to people choose the hostlie responses

X6-88 Ask for caps on everything and also just be a general ass

Piper find a terminal and a safe leave a single item in the safe and use the terminal to relock as she likes it when you pick Unowned locks

Preston just go complete every settlement quest he gives you.

Curie and Deacon.. honestly i don't have a soild grinder for them because i never bring them anywhere

the mentioned above can be repeated on the Playstation and Xbox but you might have to wait up to a days time at most before the timer resets in which case makes MacCreadys ginder a living hell

For Strong, he likes to share

Giving him Supermutant Armor and/or commanding him to loot dead raiders helps quite a bit.
Also just going ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in a fight wins his admiration, the bloodier the better, and Strong will even comment that you did well, "You are good fighter" or something similar

Deacon is great, especially if you like to snipe because his perk is perfect for a stealth character, plus it's like teaming up with Archer, he's got some really funny lines.

Curie likes it when you are peaceful in Dialogue, she loves it when you heal dogmeat when he's in trouble, and she loves it when you are overall a good person. Deacon likes it when you hack terminals, pick locks, and he likes it when you are vague/subtle with your dialogue choices. Any pro-synth choices in your gameplay will make him happy.

Strong do like help out settlement, same for some other, only few dislike help settlement.
