Has anyone unlocked all the perks legitimately?

I was looking around for the fastest way to level. Obviously theres console commands but thats cheating so... no. Looked on youtube, found the learning curve exploit. Thats cheating so nope. Then theres that copper statue glitch. You do that for TWELVE HOURS straight you unlock all perks. Thats definitely cheating so definitely no.

Then, finally, I found "cleanse the commonwealth" and "quartermaster". You get around the same xp every ten minutes you would get from the statue glitch every ten seconds. So you can multiply twelve hours by a factor of sixty.
Thats the fastest legitimate way I have found.
Has anyone got all the perks without cheating and if so could you please tell me this is not the fastest legit way. I do not wish to die of boredom.

And i unlocked every single achievement back in early november.

Idiot Savant, combined with the More Spawns mod... Did 120 to 121 in approximately 2 minutes of fighting (hearing hurpadurp when there's 30 ghouls running at you in Jamaica Plain is pretty godly)

I don't know if i will "max" in fallout4.

I can 100% legit grind games tho. You are already on track.

Find the best exp you know of, and do that for at least 1 hour, consistently every single day. Find a couple other ways that don't give as much exp, do those when you can't stand doing the "best" thing.
spend some time each day/week trying new things that might be better.

My saying always used to be "50k a day is 1.5m a month"

I have played this character 6 days. I was over 5 day 19 hours when I ended main quest, so I was grinding XP. I have all bobbleheads and magazines. But I wont have all perks, but I have some perkpoits unused. I just dont like all perks in MAX. Like nightvision and bloody mess (Hard to find enemy bobies). Some that makes you disappaer like last stages in Sneak and Aqua girl. Same no no hack and lockpick last stages.

Idiot savant and high Int is must. same goes to building settlements.

Honestly, some of them perks are not worth having. Then you have ones that become a nuisance more than they help,
