Filmmaking Software/Mod for Fallout 4?

It would be nice to be able to control the game completely to the point where you can direct it so you can make films! kind of like this mod for skyrim: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10431/?

IMO I think fallout 4 would be great to make Machinima or just films in general (I didn't use the term "Video" because I didn't want to confuse it with Let's Plays, or Review).
I've searched everywhere on google and nexus for a director type mod, but nothing yet (probably because of no creation kit)
(keep in mind I pulled an all nighter, so the structure of my paragraph will probably suck and/or I might seem like I'm "not all there"...)
anyways, what do you guys think?

That's pretty good for pre-CK. Though I wonder how he forced the character to move his mouth.
