A possible South Park reference?

I'm playing FO4 again and I just met the dogmeat at the Red Rocket truck stop. And this time around it got me thinking... red rocket... dog... oh man, is it possible that this is a reference to South Park!?

Summary from wikipedia: Cartman excitedly tells Stan and Kyle to come with him to Kenny's house. Repeating the phrase "red rocket", he masturbates Kenny's dog to the point of ejaculation, or, as he says, "milks the dog".

If this is indeed the case, Bethesda Softworks are a nasry bunch of people hue hue, j/k of course.
