Suddenly we understand why Bethesda do not include major consequences in their games. People are worried about cosmetics magazines, so imagine if you have to face more important consequence in game...
Some of us enjoy collecting things, so it sucks when you realize you can't complete your collection. Everyone enjoys open world games a little differently.
Don't misunderstood me, I didn't want to bash the OP, I love collecting things into Bethesda games too. I didn't recycle everything in sanctuary hills such as the cars XD.
I'm just showing to other people why Bethesda don't include major consequences in their games. I hate "miss content" on my main character because of my choices (like blowing the institute).
It only gives Dogmeat a small damage boost as it is, so unless you're using Dogmeat alot (and then it is only a minimal boost), or are simply a completionist, it's really no big loss...
That console command should (hopefully) give the magazine to you. 001696a5 is the item code for the magazine, anyway.

No, that is why we told you to use the console.
Out of the 130 magazines only like 6 have duplicates (excluding Robco.)
