Blurry Texture Bug?
For some reason my game recently started having an issue where some of my textures show up as if they haven't fully loaded and are blurry; no matter how long I leave my game running they will never fully load.
Is anyone else having this issue and know a way to fix it?

Go to your Fallout4.ini in C:/[Your Name]/Documents/My Games/Fallout4

Copy paste these lines under [General]:

bForceUpdateDiffuseOnly=0
iTextureUpgradeDistance1=7500
iTextureUpgradeDistance0=5000
iTextureDegradeDistance1=7500
iTextureDegradeDistance0=5000

This should essentially disable texture pop-in.

Seems it helps. I just tried it out having same problems as you have

Are you using multiple monitors Phatness? Not necessarily for the game but do you have multiple monitors connected?

I have had that set up for about a month since its recomended to make your textures look better, the problem started about a week ago

I do, but i wasn't having this problem until a week ago, and I have been playing the game with 2 moniters for months with no issues

changeing the ini file does not help. Textures still get blurry after some minutes until i reload. Does anyone know a fix yet?

I tried everythnig suggested in that thread, none of it worked, my problem seems to be different since it's only affecting some textures (for exp. Bobbleheads and stand, pot holes, wood bridges, certain floor textures, etc.) and not all textures

No amount of reloading or waiting ever causes the textures to load in making me think they are just being displayed at a lower texture res and not just loading incorrectly

I'm having the same issue.
Traffic lights, combat armor, leather, grass and vines, sheet metal & wooden bridges all look blurry, like they haven't loaded all the way or like they're really far away.

I had this problem once before and somehow I fixed it, I just don't remember what I did that fixed it exactly.
I changed ini's over and over again, downloaded reshade, an enb and this and that and somehow they just started working again.

...Now that I'm really thinking about it...I downloaded that Bethesda 2k ♥♥♥♥ from Steam to try and fix it and when I saw that my fps his the floor with this installed I uninstalled it and I think that fixed my graphics.
I'm gonna go try that again right now.

I found out later on that the issue was coming from a mix of to many loose textures in the data directory and running the memory patch in enb, honestly you can't really avoid the issue if you want to use texture mods
Had this problem myself and found out it was the ENB settings that I had messed with. In the ENBLocal folder under [Memory] I had changed ForceVideoMemory from "=false" to "=true", and set the memory size to 14GB (14000). For some reason this causes textures to load in blurred. Setting it back to VideoMemorySizeMb=7500 stopped the texture issue in my game. It seems setting the memory size to over 10,000 is the issue.

Thanks a lot, man. You saved me from this headache. Textured looked much better. Frame rate seemed improved too.
