well while i was on my way to a side quest i seen this name pop up in the green fog and i pressed e and my guy sead "um hello?" then i walked foward to see if anyone was there and there wasent and i am scared 0_0

it was left to hugo's hole and might be a death claw near the place i seen it (also it was at a lake near a destoryed brige)

There is vision or flashback in Dunwich borers related to the Kremvh's Tooth which is in a pool and guarded by project managers turned rabid ghouls.

somes times when im traveling their is like a ghost bug glitch

for some random reason a pop up for E press to talk to brotherhoodof steel guy

and hes no where to be seen ;)

and i completed the instatute way so there should be no B,O,S guys so is there any other factions that could happen to?

yes this is a very common ghost in a bethesda game it is real and can hurt you[r save files] we call this the glitch

My worst 'nightmare' glitch was when I revisited vault 111. I planted a flower vase in front of the cryopod where the spouse rested and eventually came back with Piper (which I gave the other wedding ring to) to visit the make-shift grave.

Turns out the supposedly dead spouse was walking, standing there and wandering around the moment I open the pod. She don't look too happy.
