OP melee build?

I am looking for a stealthy-melee build for my next playthrough. I need to know a good SPECIAL stat and perk combination for this.

I plan to focus mostly on bladed weapons

you dont even need stealth in this game

enemies are so easy to kill

but my SECRET TIP to melee combat is Cooking Yau guoi Steaks (mutant Bear Meat)

it says it adds +10 BUT ingame it really adds like 100 damage to your melee weapon

i was killing people in power armor with a knife in 1 - 2 hits

its good to have escailcally againt legendary guys

Agility 9, Strength 9, Endurance 5. Take Blitz and Rooted perks.

Sneak, Big Leagues, Blitz and Ninja are the core.

Ninja, maxed, gets up 10x damage on sneak melee attacks; with a certain companion perk it becomes 12x. Blitz helps you close the distance in ridiculous ways -- you can blitz through windows, holes in walls, whatever -- in the same move to attack from a surprising distance without first breaking stealth.

You don't really need blacksmith given that you'll probably never create a melee mod after finding Pickman's Blade and Kremvh -- the former has a stealth blade, the latter basically *is* a legendary mod grafted onto a machete.

i had ninja maxed out had the 10x finally got deacons perk for 20% more and instead of 12x it went to 10.6x

I am not going to explain everything, but i am 32strenth buffed and i munch up deathclaws.
I use str/stam gear dirty waistland or whiskey with partygirl 2, buffout, hemit crab stuff, and x-cell, just for kicks, i do not need buffs.

Charisma 3 ......for Lone Wanderer
Intelligence 1* ..for Medic
Agility 5 ...........for Action Boy

Blitz is so OP i feel guilty. I rarely use VATS, only if im lazy.
