Hi guys I did the quest for deb to kill ghouls after that an quests about releasing caravans out an raider jail after that Kessler didn't want to join the minuteman and now how do I continue her quests ?

If after Battle of Bunker Hill quest Kessler is still taking cover and ignoring you, just leave, then come back later when things have died down. She should then offer to let you be part of the settlement.

I thought she was taking cover due to BoS troops still lingering outside the camp, but after I did an experiment taking them all out, she was still not responsive and taking cover. So I reloaded the save prior to taking them out, left, then came back.

How do I start the battle of bunker?

Just keep playing the game and stop worrying about it. If you get far enough in the main story, someone will direct you to the Battle of Bunker Hill, and after that, the settlement unlocks.

Because there are not, in fact, any more quests from Kessler. Kessler gives one single quest, and it is not the quest to unlock bunker hill, it is the quest that unlocks trade depots, the one you get after you finish Debs quest.

Because there are not, in fact, any more quests from Kessler. Kessler gives one single quest, and it is not the quest to unlock bunker hill, it is the quest that unlocks trade depots, the one you get after you finish Debs quest.

It unlocked it for me (Minutemen end game), maybe it depends on what faction you choose, or after the Institute is taken care of one way or the other

To unlock bunker hill as a settlement, you have to do deb and kessler quest. That unlock the caravan stop but kessler comment on wanting to stay independant. Later in the main storyline you have the quest battle of bunker hill to do. after finishing it (and having already done the 2 local quest) Kessler should mention you have powerfull friend and prefer to stay on their good side, thus unlocking Bunker Hill as a settlement.

dam i want to fortify it for future for battle for bunker hill that means i want to unlock it before the battle, more fun if BoS & Institute gets there a.s.s.e.s burned by my laser turrets, they should have done the way that battle of bunker hill doesn't matter only missions to them & Kessler unlock the workshop

after deb's quest, Kessler gives one more question to clear out a raider group, which allows you to build caravan posts in your settlements. she doesn't let you build in bunker hill until towards the end of main story quest unfortunately. be careful when you do build there, it's much easier than other settlements to build too much and cause ctd's.

I also wish we had access earlier in the game, I love building the settlement up into my main trading hub/ base
