Unable to finish quests

Hey guys,



I've been having problems with Fallout 4 on PS4.

I am unable to finish a couple of quests. It started with the Quartermastery and Cleansing the Commonwealth. The objectives of my Quartermastery are:



- Recover the Reflex Capacitor

- Report to Scribe Halen



I have recovered the reflex capacitator - I can see it in my inventory - and it is marked as completed. Unfortunately I cannot speak to Scribe Halen.

She keeps repeating that I have a mission and she can't wait to see me back.



I have the same problem with Cleansing the Commonwealth. The objectives are:



- Clear out Parkview Lounge

- Report to Knight Rhys



He won't speak to me aswell.



Has anybody got any idea how I can fix this? It recently started to happen to other quests aswell, so it's not fun to play anymore this way.

Please give me your thoughts.

This is semi-intended. If you're somewhat late-game, and you start doing another faction's quests, like the RR for example, then the BOS will not talk to you. I had this, too, and once I finished the game with the MM, RR, and BOS allied, then they started talking again.

ALSO it should be all of the BOS who are doing it, save for some people, like Danse.
