Benevolent Lead achievement doesn't appears

I reached 100% happines at the Starlight Drive In, but there's no sign of the achievement. I also tried to use these commands: setav 00127238 100, setav 00129157 99 and wait for the happiness to rise, but nothing.. how can i fix it?

Well, switch the 99 with the 100 in commands and it should work :D

the wiki says that setting the happines to 100 does not trigger the achiement :D i'll try anyway

Then set it slightly higher and let it tick back, to try and circumvent that?

Yes, it's not BEING 100 that triggers the achivement, but going from 99 to 100 that does it.

I just got this one the other day. It's counterintuitive, but I sent away all people from the settlement but two and had the reamaining two working level 3 bars. It took a few in game days, but the achivement triggered for me when I wasn't even at the settlement.

Sorry Joland, but you were victim to someone without common sense handing out console commands. You cna usually tell this right away when a console noob is handing out commands because they leave the 0s in.

One setav command (setav 127238 100) sets your TARGET happiness, the other setav (setav 129157 99) sets current happiness.

The smarted this would have been to set the target MUCH higher. Like (setav 127238 120) then it would tick real easily. Also the closer your happiness is to the target the longer between shifts, it could take 3-4 days game time to get that 99 to 100 happiness.

4 settlers=2 stores+1 farmer (tatoos)+1 provisioner
Enough beds, a water purifier, power & defences (3/4 sides walled-metal walls)...
After some ingame days, Steam Achievement.

Oh .-. just now I see it on the achievements showcase but, I swear, it doesn't appear in personal achievements list even now, and didn't pop up when I achieved it, I'm sure of that 'cause i checked everytime. No to mention the fact that I reached 100% happines just 4 days ago and just at the Starlight Drive in :o how it's possible?

If it's any consolation, thought about by being kinda dumb myself...
Was testing to see if it would work with setting 129157 higher, and it took me 5 minutes of waiting to realize it wouldn't do anything cause I already had it :P
At least one of the least fun achievments are scratched off your list, hehe.
