Iguana On a Stick
Loving this game! Just wondering about the logic of post-nuclear Iguanas in the commonwealth. Iguanas are not native to Boston today as far as I know. How did they get here? There's an awful lot of Iguana food around.

So far as we know, Giant killer geckos aren't native to Boston either.

If I recall "iguana" in the first few game used to mean human. I think it actually means iguana now.

Iguana on a stick made its first appearance in the original fallout game. Later in the story of the original you find out that the doctor morbid from junktown is supplying iguana bob with human meat, after this you can end it or extort them for a cut of their salary. So i geuss it is safe to say that it is human meat.

I always thought human meat was generally referred to as 'long pig'.

Its what PAcific Island cannibals used to call it. Or its translation into english. Apparently Humans taste like salty pork in general.

Could very well be, humans and pigs are very much alike biologically. We can even get the same diseases (which is why pork should always be fully cooked).
