Final 'mission'
Reasonably similar between Brotherhood/Minutemen/Railroad but I'm glad the Institute ending was in a completely different locale. Defending the stronghold was also a nice touch
Ending outcomes
Hard to say as people seem to want to play after the main quest. Whilst I understand the idea behind 'show don't tell" as it applies to consequences for you action it makes it difficult to have changes that aren't simply cosmetic. I guess we might get post-game DLC or may have to wait till fallout 5 to hear about any intermediate/long term consequences of our actions
