Connie Abernathy at Abernathy farms.
Helps to do the mission for them first as prices are less after.
She'll sell you 50 concrete then sleep 48 hours and buy more.
She helped me build a concrete skyscrapper.

Concrete Blocks, Bags of cement. Or if you have the caps you can buy cement/concrete shipments from merchants. If your not opposed to using the console commands, you can just spawn the item and quantity, or add "X" amount of caps to your toon to go out and buy it.

There are a few cinderblocks floating around most areas, you find bags of cement in any number of locations alongside buying it as stated above. Also, if you are into mods, The mod "Scrap everything" lets you do just that... the piles of garbage tend to net you concrete, as do rocks.

2 parts sand , 2 rock , 1 cement ,or
3,3,1 , depending on the application
but some swear by the 2.5 ,2.5 ,1 bucket ratio .
as a rule too much sand and the concrete will degrade quicker .
never taste the concrete until it's done ,

Some of your inside "dungeons" respawn materials and certain items, so always be on the lookout for mats. Lost track of how many times I've seen junk in a cabinet somewhere, looted it, then the Loot Fairy put it back on my next mission through there.

You can set up a trade stand in one or more settlements and buy shipments and items with concrete.
Scrap settlements that you don't want to use, carry the concrete from those unused settlements back to the used ones.
Regularly visit industrial areas and certain towns to scavange for it.
Buy from vendors in Diamond City.

If you want to be really really cheap, you can get some bags of concrete from Bedford Station, US radar place nearby, the vault you rescue Nick from, and ther eis a area southish of Medford Hospital with houses being built.

Just check the Fallout 4 wiki for cement and concrete locations, there's plenty of it if you know where to look. Make sure you clear plenty space in your inventory though, because just one bag of cement weighs 8.

It's also good to get settlements going and get them linked with supply lines. That way you can scrap the many cinder blocks in them, and each linked settlement will share those resources.

With bathtubs though, I recommend storing them, as scrapping them yields WAY less than it takes to build one for feeding the Brahmin when they start coming, and they WILL when you get supply lines set up.

There are plenty toilets, coffee cups, plates etc, to use for ceramic needed to build electrical/mechanical items. Bathtubs you can save for Brahmin.

Erm, bathtubs and brahmin feeders are different objects even though they look the same. Bathtubs are found in the furniture menu, brahmin feeders in the resources menu, and you can't use one for the other.

for that application i would recommend a mortar mix rather than a true concrete
to be more specific a a type s polymer additive mix for the better bonding
