Out of NV, Fallout 3 and 4 i would say Fallout 4. The earlier ones arent really comparable to these three anyway. Main stories are much better in both NV and 3, but with mods, settlement building and quite fun side missions and encounters, Fallout 4 is best hands down. Notice how i didnt even mention the most recent one:)

How can i compare a game from before 2000 with a game from 2023 ?
My biggest issue with fallout 3,NV,4 is that the whole game is optimized for Console controller. But fallout is the only game i still play. (all other games with this painfull UI´s i never buy or refound as soon as i see this)
