Secret Vault 81 Missing Floors, White Glow, Hall of Mirrors Effect

I've been Googling to hell and back looking for a potential solution. Unfortunately, no one seems to be able to pin down the cause of this. Any mods that are suspected causes (that I've found reference to) are ones I don't have, I already have ELFX (which is the only mod I've seen presented as a solution), and most of the posts I've found about this glitch are about Vault 81 proper - where I haven't see this glitch and I don't know if any specific solution mods (if they exist) affect Secret Vault 81.

Any ideas how to fix this or pin down the cause? My mods are manually installed, sorted by LOOT, activated by Wyre, and I start the game with F4SE via the Fallout 4 Configuration Tool.

EDIT: Ultimately had to narrow down the cause via the Binary method. In this case, it seems to have been caused by "Welcome to Fallon's - Revisited".

Tried it, didn't work - not even the comment that had three lines of code to paste into the INIs (they were all =1 - including a change to the line from the topic itself - so I'm going to leave them for now).

I had a problem with Vault 81 that sounds kinda similar to yours, but that was due to a couple of texture Mods where they didn't fully install. Reinstalling them and getting the right order fixed it But... you don't have any of those mods.
I've looked through your list twice over and dunno what the issue is, but I suspect it's several mods.

You're gonna have to do some work:
Make a Save copy. Choose 5 mods that might be the culprit, then disable. Run game in that vault. If problem still there choose another 5 and disable. Basically remove 5 more mods at a time until you see what stops causing your problem.

It's been the only way I could fix such complex problems that are this deep. You may be lucky and it's the first few mods you remove.
