No audio when starting the game through Vortex

So I'm playing Fallout 4 on Steam Deck via Desktop mode. I'm using Vortex to launch the game with Nexus mods enabled. When I'm in the game some mods work fine however the audio always messes up. The music is gone even though I have the slider all the way high. The sound effects are hit and miss, they work when they want to and voices don't work either. How do I fix the audio? The system's volume is up. I don't have any voice mods specifically installed. Or is it one of those custom companions/followers messing up idk.
If I run the game through steam directly, the audio is fine but mods dont work :(
Any help is appreciated

except "xaudio2.6" and "xaudio2.7" must be "xaudio2_6" and "xaudio2_7" and Native

What helped me was also https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cK_wWimLuKI

for yor Fallout4 PTX : /Steam/steamapps/compatdata/377160
and for Vortex PTX: .config/steamtinkerlaunch/vortex/compatdata
(I used steamtinkerlaunch for Vortex)

Not really able to follow these tutorials as they are for just linux, rather than steam deck.
Steam deck is missing the ability to use things like winetricks in the specified commands.

I have basically the same setup, steamtinkerlaunch with vortex. I have been spinning wheels trying to get winetricks working on steam deck but cannot seem to find a walkthrough that works for me
