PC what button to scroll through build options?

Mine is same as movement keys for left and right, and x to move forward while in the build menu. X is also the same for moving forward while in free camera.

try the arrow keys, if none of these work you need to check which mod interferes with this keys

When you open your build menu should change and let you cycle through them with your movement keys. Have to hold it down and it will open. Once you leave the menu sometimes it will not let you use your pipboy. Just hit escape then return to game and it will work again.

What do you mean, in settlement build mode?

Scroll wheel. It... scrolls.

Whatever you set the toggle pov/workshop control key to be. Should open if you are in the boundaries of an owned settlement.

You can use a combination if you've got a lot of options, I think I misunderstood earlier because I scroll an inordinate amount while scrapping things or doing trades.

Right and left arrow, and just... moving the mouse, use your keys and see what they do?

I play unmodded on standard controlls and for me it is the arrow keys

it's the arrow keys i was trying wasd and middle scroll >.<

WASD will work if you hold SHIFT
