Spectacle Island bug
Yes I use mods.
The only mods that affects spectacle Island is that one bridge from Warwick to Spectacle island mod

So basically when I turn on the generator the mirelurk queen doesn't pop up and when I run to that one metal cabin I cannot use the switch to turn on the noise to make the mirelurks run away from the island.

I can turn the generator on the boat on and off but nothing happens.

targeting the workbench while in console command mode and type CallFunction SetOwnedByPlayer 1

That is going to bite you in the butt later.

Using console to set ownership of a workshop does not run the necessary scripts to set up the settlement. Pretty sure your transfer settler list and provisioners list is missing the settlement.

There are mods out there like Workshop Plus that have an option to change ownership and they do it properly so those scripts run.

Yeah, Workshop Plus has the tools in it to abandon or claim a settlement.

Yes, like I siad it works to let you build, but have you checked the transfer settler and provisoner lists yet?

I would put Warwick Homestead a Bridge to SpectacleIsland.esp beneath Far Harbor Bridge.esp and also i would install https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46403?tab=files PRP MAIN and PRP updates and https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/74945?tab=files MAIN file. Put PRP at the bottom of the load order and community fixes merged just below UFO4P

Your Settlement Menu Manager mod should also be one of the last loaded.
Remember first loaded = first overwritten.
