Show me how you know beyond ANY doubt that it has never glitched and not activated while I did not have a target in the console.
Good luck with that as it will take you at least six months to review my time played, if such a thing were possible.
I specifically stated it was probably mod related. So does that mean you KNOW what my mod list is and are using those SAME EXACT mods and no other mods at all? I seriously doubt those astronomical odds aligned.
One of the things I have learned in the 8000 hours played and eight years of helping people in the forum is that you NEVER tell anyone they do not have a bug or glitch. Just because you have never seen a bug or glitch does NOT mean it does not exist.
Now this is where it goes one of two ways:
A) A person owns up to their mistake when corrected and views it as a learning experience.
B) A person gets butt hurt over being corrected and holds a grudge because they cannot stand the fact I am right and they are wrong.
Before you make that choice put yourself in my shoes. Someone just accused me of not knowing how to use console commands despite thousands and thousands of hours in multiple Bethesda games.
Point is that sometimes it works, sometimes not. Fact is that since i know its because it will not work with a choosen active ID it never happend again !
Just stop to take a serious and based info as a personal attack and then try to make it a discussion.
Water makes wet, no matter what your modlist is
How many topics have you done this to me today? This is the third so far.
You talk down to me like I am some noob to the game every time.
What can i say except that TCL works fine as soon as you know that a active ID will block it.
And that Cheat engine is not problematic in my whole gaming experience as long as you dont run it when you play multiplayer.
That said, using TCL doesn't seem to fit the OP's report that the problem showed up as they were just walking around, nor should it be affecting their entire game as they likewise reported. Even when mistargeted, simply exiting the game and restarting it should be enough to correct TCL issues.
It is a little worrying that their video apparently has the game failing to register the TFC command in the console history. It seems like something is going significantly wrong if the game can't find a relatively normal command.
I can stream my game on Discord if you need more proof.

You have another bug, that floating while falling.
I forget what was the cause of that because it does not come up very often, but that has been an issue that has come up quite a few times in the years I been here.
Find the fix for that and it may resolve your issues.
Try searching for "jump bug" or "falling bug."
After looking through a few videos, it looks pretty similar to what I'm experiencing, but I couldn't find any fix videos of the subject.
I did find this reddit thread though.
I know I have seen that issue before, I just cannot remember the solution. As I said it comes up maybe a few times a year, and nobody has had it I seen in the last few years.
Other option would be try disabling these mods and see if it goes away:
Good because your problem went away.
Bad because still no idea on a solution, lol.
Oh well, I'll just try leaving it overnight if it happens again.
