Help spawning a Power Armor Station

Short version character has low charisma so no feasble way to get the perk, but i want to have the castle as my main base. i tried player.placeatme 13bd08 to spawn one but it always comes in wonky and i then can't move it in build mode. Anyone know a way to spawn one in that can be interacted with via build mode?

You could also just type "tgm" in console and then place the power armor station that way
(then turn tgm off obviously)
