Alternate Settlements

I'll keep looking
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/66140
The only part that it really lacks is stairs, of any kind.
Snappy is the only other one that I've ever seen that has wallpaper, and none of them work on anything other than those specific walls - and many of them don't work even then. It's one of the few mods I ever gave a thumbs down on. Modern Modulars is quite fun though.
For railings and such, SOE is what I use for nice wooden barrier railings (constitution), glass and institute style, high-rise / high tech.

It also has a tremendous number of other things that are fun to build with, highly recommend.
Oh also note it does require settlement keywords

which - be aware,
Incompatible With

- Any mod that changes the Settlement Menus
So... I don't really think I'd be up on getting that, given I use smm as it's required for most mods that were made long after that one.
"This takes my favorite parts of both Alternate Settlements and Simply Modular Housing and brings them into a newer release." SMM compatible.
