Report a translation problem
From this video, it does work, I've been using this since nuka world failed to allow me in way back when it dropped. Safe, just as they say, be careful and back up your files.
I did this by adding the line: bBorderRegionsEnabled=0
under the General section in my Fallout 4.ini
Be careful if you try this, and back up your game.
