Overlapping dialouge

I started playing Fallout 4 on PC for the first time, I used to play on my Xbox. I noticed the dialogue overlaps. A character will start their next line before they finish their previous line. This also includes if other characters chimes in the conversation. I checked online and changed my 3D settings for the game and changed triple buffering and vertical sync both to 'on', and that slightly helps, but not by much cause its still happening. The information I found as well was pretty old, about 2015. So is anyone else currently having this issue? What should I do?

You looked online and didn't find someone saying to cap your frame rate to 60? There are ways to go above 60, but that requires special mods

Either a mod on nexus or set up an exception for Fallout 4 in your graphics card software.

Go to the graphics card and cap the monitor's rate there. 60 is required for the math that the game uses, mods CAN help with it particularly if you're using a monitor that's well above 120 ghz.
