So theres a brahmin on my roof in Sanctuary

just leave the area, it should follow carla by itself. pathfinding is really annoying sometimes in this game, also hate it when my followers are stuck somewhere and one second later they teleport right behind me lol

If you build a caravan post, they won't fly on the roofs anymore. But they might hump the ground, horny b***ards ;)

I hate when a settler ends up on the roof. It reminds me of the creature from It Follows and then I get the willies.

So this has gone from funny to annoying the Brahmin is stuck in a loop on my roof in Sanctuary with no way to free it other then shoot it. Also how do you build a caravan post?

You can actually build stairs to the roof...

Building a caravan post is only possible once you've worked with Bunker Hill to a certain degree.

I know we have brahmin bath tubs, But what are the Caravan posts. Not seen those in Build mode!.

I did it the Brahmin is off the roof had to move the stairs and build little ones to get it moving from there it used its teleporting abilities to get down....Now theres a settler up there I can't win.

I put up some stairs for them to come down as well.

The caravan post thing is wrong. I have one in Sanctuary, in the lot right beside the bunk house where things wind up on the roof. It does nothing to discourage roof shenanigans.

open the console, click the brahmin, type modpos x 50

This will move it along the x axis, change the number or the x/y axis to suit and it will fall to the ground

Two things: First build some stairs and go up to the brahmin and bump into it. Sometimes this will make it move and will stop the looping.

Second, put down one of those bathtubs where Carla hangs around. This may keep the brahmin from getting on the roof as they like to hang around the bathtub for water.
