Elevator in Fort Hagen?!
I am replaying, and wanted to go get the energy weapon bobblehead, and the elevator leading down in Fort Hagen is boarded up. Does something change with this Automatron DLC?

That has to do with the main quest storyline. Nonspolier version, follow mama m's advice about diamond city and you will be able to get the bobblehead after a while.

He's replaying so spoilers aren't an issue. The elevator can only be accessed where you're on that stage of the main quest so, yeah, you have to rescue Nick and do the annoying Dogmeat tracking first.
