Reflex capacitor at Poseidon Reservoir not accessible.

There is only one way to get this item, through the double doors marked
"restricted area" above. A video of this quest shows the doors open.
I get no option to open them. No "key required" no "terminal required"
nothing. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

If I remember right there is a terminal that opens the doors. I think it's the only active terminal in the place.

I will check again tomorrow. There are only stairs and catwalks around the single room. Saw nothing but will check again. Strange that there was no instruction at the door as usually happens. Thanks anyway. Will try.
