so if you go to the room on the left of the entrance there is a assembly area. at the far end of the room(walk straight to the wall after walking through the door) below where the turret would be there is a room with 2 broken terminals and a maglock door to get inside a small caged area(has what looks to be a chem cooler,radaway and a coffee cup) the problem is i cant find a terminal to open that door

its a maglock it needs a terminal. i put my crosshairs over it and it says nothing.

did you even read? i said i cant find the damn terminal to open it. ive cleared the rest of the factory. picked up literally everything in this damn buildin accesed every terminal and nothing

When I first went in there last week it was like a tour of what life in a vault would be like, but then the tour broke midway thru, I think after second window area. So I don't know how to get in last room.

I think it's intentional. There is nothing worth noting in, around or behind that room. Such doors are usually opened via a terminal but as you can see, the closest one is busted so...

That would be boring if you always had something in every safe and so on.
Point is you have to decide how deeply you care about it or if you just skip it.

Usually there is way to every place, possibly as part of a quest line or by getting key or password somewhere: might not be in same place to keep things interesting. Sometimes password might be in different facility.
