Deleting local content is basically like uninstalling the game. So yes it will uninstall the base game as well as any DLC. And then re-installing will re-install the base game and any purchased DLC too.

Your save files and other data is backed up in your game files, so when you choose to re-install it, everything will be there as you left it.

It should delete the DLCs. Basically, deleting local content removes the game and all its components (including DLCs) from your computer.

You'll still have the game and DLCs on your account, but you'll need to redownload them to play.

Steam automatically backs your save files and other data in your game files, so when you choose to re-install it, everything will be there as you left it.
Only if you have Steam Cloud enabled and that doesn't work on every title.

Works on this title. Which is what this topic is about..

In your library, in the upper right hand corner, change your view to "List". If there's a cloud icon next to it, that game syncs with Steam Cloud.

It's a thread in an internet forum ;)

They don't always stay on topic :steamhappy:

If you want to know if you have Steam Cloud sync enabled right click on the game in your library, select properties and check under the "Updates" tab if the box is checked for the Steam Cloud :)

Or this too lol
